[VO2 Finance] - Business Analyst Equities chez VO2 GROUP

You will join the UBS team, which consists of 5 Business Analysts and 5 Developers. VAS is an EAI that facilitates Middle to Front position reporting and the booking of intraday deals from Front to Middle Office for Equity-type products.

Mission:

• Functional evolutions & application maintenance. Contribute to the analysis of specifications to define implementation steps (feasibility, workload estimation, etc.)
• Maintain documentation and testing environments
• Perform associated functional testing, primarily on the back-end
• Provide level 2 functional support and assist the production entity (:30% of the time, primarily in an English-speaking environment)
• Work in a Front Office-adjacent, high-stress environment with multiple components, requiring curiosity and adaptability

Career Development:

The candidate may have the opportunity to transition into a project management role.

Requirements

• Project management experience, ideally as an IT Business Analyst in Finance, focusing on Front Office (FO) or Middle Office (MO)
• A good understanding of equities is preferred
• Fluent English is mandatory
• The environment involves numerous components and a complex architecture, closely tied to the Front Office. The candidate must demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, curiosity, and strong stress management skills
• Given the small team size, autonomy on certain topics is required
