We’re only getting started.As Transport Commercial Director, you define and implement the sourcing and negotiation strategy for transport across all Voyage Privé markets. A true expert in the sector, you play a key role in the growth and competitiveness of our transport offering, relying on strong partnerships and innovative models.Your Main Responsibilities :Business Development & Optimization of the Transport Offer- Develop and implement a high-performing and differentiated transport sourcing strategy.- Identify, negotiate, and secure competitive and exclusive agreements with airlines and other transport providers.- Optimize transport profitability through negotiated rates, incentive models, and innovative offers.Partnership Management & Development- Build and manage a diversified portfolio of partners (airlines, consolidators, GDS, aggregators).- Develop long-term relationships with key partners to ensure competitiveness and availability of the offer.- Adapt the sourcing strategy to the specificities of each international market.Leadership & Team Management- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of transport negotiators and coordinators.- Foster cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, tech, and operations teams.- Instill a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.Innovation & Customer Experience- Drive innovation in sourcing models and dynamic packaging.- Place the customer at the center of the transport strategy, adapting the offer to travel expectations and behaviors.- Contribute to improving customer satisfaction through impactful transport initiatives.
