Responsibilities: Providing excellent customer service to clients, answering their questions and addressing any issues they may have with our solution and managing the escalation to engineering with a proper analysis. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, agents, brokers, and other industry professionals. Coordinating with partners, attorneys, and other third parties to ensure the smooth completion of transactions. Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our solution to potential clients. Requirements: CFC / License in a related domain. At least 2 years of experience in the real estate industry. Proficiency in using a real estate CRM. Strong interest to new technologies (Stripe, Resend, etc). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Fluency in English and French, with proficiency in German a plus. Must be based in Switzerland or France (with 40% maximum remote for people living abroad).
