Context:***Arianegroup is currently undergoing profound changes and its challenges are steeper than ever: our conditions of success are to accelerate the different ramp-ups of civil and defence programmes, to improve our efficiency in End-to-End Supply Chain operations (from a customer demand to supplier delivery), and to simplify, harmonize and standardize the ways of working within the company.***Improving the On Time Delivery is a must.
Mission:***The main mission is to lead and optimise the deployment of the Production Pull Model across the Ariane-6 Programme to reinforce On-Time Delivery and improve industrial maturity.***It includes overseeing Flow Performance, Change Request Management, Go-to-Green plan, Ramp-up Routines, OBS roles, MRP2, Risk/Hot Topic Management, Rate Readiness and Chasing Parts Teams.***The role is critical in standardizing operational processes within the Industrial Directorate to secure efficient and reliable production ramp-up.
Main tasks:***Leading the Production Pull Model Deployment in the full Ariane-6 perimeter***Managing the Go-to-Green plan performance for internal Production and Commodities***Ensuring a controlled risk and opportunity management on the ramp-up***Pushing and leading improvement plans to increase the efficiency of the end-to-end supply chain process***Being responsible of the End-to-End Supply Chain management for some critical equipment and parts to ramp-up according to plan***- Managing the Supply Chain Product Managers for the following products: Electrical Harnesses, Sensors, Customer Furnished Items and any task force needed to secure the OTD etc.***- Managing the End-to-End Supply Chain Pre-Fal Managers part of the Missing Part Chaising Teams (Material Chasers)***Coordinating a transnational and team of End-to-End Supply Chain Product Managers and specialists located in France and Germany***Ensuring transparency and consistency of all above tasks on company information systems: PLM, SAP, Planisware, Confleunce and JIRA.
Required Competence and experience:***Proven expertise in Supply Chain Management with a strong knowledge of programme and industrial operations***Dynamic and autonomous leader capable of mobilizing cross functional teams in a high pressure environment***Strong communicator, recognized for outstanding interpersonal and managerial skills
· Highly result-driven, demonstrating resilience, problem solving abilities and a strong commitment to performance improvement

Idéalement situé en bord de Seine pour permettre le départ par bateau des éléments d’Ariane 6, le site des Mureaux regroupe plus de 2000 salariés travaillant sur des installations de pointe au service de nos activités défenses et civiles. A votre arrivée, vous aurez l’occasion de visiter certaines d’entre-elles. Le site dispose d’un restaurant d’entreprise d’installations sportives et d’un CSE dynamique avec de nombreuses sections associatives et avantages associés.
Un train relie la Gare Saint-Lazare aux Mureaux puis, une navette est à disposition pour réaliser le trajet entre la Gare et le site.
Le site des Mureaux est le siège social de la société.
