Store Manager chez Arabian Oud

As a Store Manager at Arabian Oud, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our retail store operations. You will work closely with the Area Manager to create a memorable shopping experience for our customers while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence

Greet and assist customers, providing product knowledge, recommendations, and assistance with their shopping needs. Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently. Ensure that all customers have a positive and memorable shopping experience.

Store Operations

Assist in the day-to-day management of store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards. Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking products as needed. Perform regular stock checks and assist in inventory management.

Sales and Performance

Support the Area Manager in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Encourage and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and store-wide sales goals. Participate in sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling.

Team Development

Train, mentor, and coach sales associates to improve their product knowledge and customer service skills. Assist in scheduling and managing the store team’s work hours. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Loss Prevention

Ensure store security and loss prevention measures are in place and followed. Monitor cash handling and cash register operations. Report any security issues or incidents to the Area Manager and security personnel.

Administrative Duties

Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and processing sales transactions. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports for review. Assist in managing store expenses and budgets.

Qualifications:

Diploma of marketing, sales, or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in the perfume or beauty industry.

Job Specific Skills:

  • Fluent in French.
  • The English language is required
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
  • Organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
