Your impact:

Coordinate and drive strategic projects to transform and extend Rexel Core E-Commerce platform. Interacting with countries Digital & IT teams and at Rexel Group entity level with Product Owners and your team of Deployment Leads to deliver, you will deploy and roll-out key Webshop transformation program and feature evolutions. Rexel targets to reach globally 50% of its benefits on Digital in the next years. It’s your chance to play an active role in hat transformation journey!

Your day to day:

A critical Webshop overhaul project is planned for 2024-2026. It is one of the main topics to address in this role.

1.Project Planning and Management:

• Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinating with project managers and team leads to ensure alignment with overall program goals.
• Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

2.Stakeholder Communication:

• Regularly communicating with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and team members.
• Providing updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Facilitating meetings and presentations to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

3.Risk Management:

• Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Monitoring and managing risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Escalating issues to senior management when necessary.

4.Resource Management:

• Allocating resources effectively across multiple projects.
• Ensuring that team members have the necessary tools and support to complete their tasks.
• Managing budgets and ensuring that projects stay within financial constraints.

5.Team Leadership and Coordination:

• Leading and motivating project teams to achieve their goals.
• Facilitating collaboration and communication among team members.
• Providing guidance and support to project managers and team leads.

You will also be responsible of a team of Service Managers lead by a Rexel employee. They are supporting live countries with regular Webshop releases and UAT cycles.

Your strenghts and skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years of previous project management experience in eCommerce
• At least 12 years of experience overall, mostly on IT projects
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
• Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• International experience. Must have worked with a distributed team
• Tools: MS Office, ITSM such as Jira
