Introduction
Le/la responsable des services généraux assure la sécurité du personnel sur site en garantissant la maintenance et l’entretien des infrastructures du site. Il/elle assure également des missions événementielles et d’assistanat pour l’équipe de Direction en France et certains directeurs européens.
Missions :
- Gestion des services généraux de l’entreprise
- Être l’interlocuteur privilégié sur tout ce qui concerne le bon fonctionnement du site
- Suivi du plan de maintenance du site, organisation et suivi des travaux, entretiens et aménagements réguliers du site
- Elaboration et mise en œuvre de la politique sécurité du site et des personnes : gestion des incidents, suivi des registres, organisation et suivi des formations sécurité obligatoires
- Management de la personne à l’accueil
- Pilotage de la relation avec les prestataires de services
- Suivi des achats et contrats liés aux services généraux : appels d’offres, négociation des contrats, commandes, suivi des stocks, suivi des fournisseurs
- Gestion du parc automobile
- Négociation des contrats flotte
- Suivi et assistance auprès des conducteurs
- Gestion du contrat d’assurance
- Missions RH liées à l’hygiène, la santé et la sécurité
- Participation à la mise à jour du DUERP et du PAPRIPACT
- Support à la préparation des réunions CSSCT
- Achat et commande de matériel préconisé par la médecine du travail
- Missions RH liées à l’intégration des nouveaux entrants : accueil, remise de matériel, présentation des locaux et de la société, …
- Missions d’assistanat de directeurs EMEA (Dir Financier EMEA ; Dir CPG EMEA ; Dir RH EMEA) : gestion de l’agenda, gestion des déplacements, réservation de salles de réunion
- Organisation logistique des déplacements de l’équipe de Direction France (réservation des billets de transport et des hôtels)
- Coordination de l’organisation des évènements d’entreprise internes et externes, pour des évènements France ou Internationaux
Compétences requises :
- Première expérience similaire de 3 ans minimum
- Sens du service, capacité d’adaptation, esprit pratique et réactivité
- Aptitude à coordonner des ressources et activités avec multiples parties prenantes
- Vous avez un anglais courant à l’écrit et à l’oral
- BAC+3/5 en gestion ou administration des entreprises
