YOUR MISSION
We are seeking motivated, friendly and proactive Numa Hosts to join our dynamic team. As a Numa Host, you’ll be the go-to person onsite for guests for information about the property and local neighbourhood.
Working in our common areas, you will ensure that every guest receives a warm welcome and that their inquiries and requests are handled efficiently and with a smile. In this role, you will also work closely with our Operations teams, helping them with their behind-the-scenes work to ensure our buildings are safe, clean, and well-maintained for our guests. Additionally, you will collaborate with our remote Guest Experience agents, who manage guest requests and questions across our non-reception properties.
Responsibilities
- Provide an upbeat welcome and smile to our guests when they arrive, assisting with their digital check-in and luggage as required.
- Be a point of contact for guests on-site, confidently assisting with their requests, questions, and concerns to ensure they have the best stay possible.
- Provide information about the property amenities, the local neighbourhood, and the Numa concept to our guests.
- Monitor the cleanliness and condition of common areas, proactively reporting and addressing any necessary touch-ups.
- Receive, log, and securely store deliveries for our guests and the Operations team.
- Keep our teams informed about events on the property and any guest concerns or building issues.
- Stay alert, ensuring our locations are safe and secure, and report any suspicious activity or concerns to the Operations Team.
- Respond to emergencies, follow established protocols, and contact emergency services as needed.
- Assist our Guest Experience team in responding to property-specific guest communications and invoice clarifications, carefully handling inquiries and following up with on-site actions when necessary.
- Support the Operations Team with their day-to-day administrations, VIP arrivals, and coordination of external partners (housekeeping, MNT, Security)
YOUR PROFILE
- A warm and welcoming personality with a natural flair for service.
- A great listener, who can professionally, confidently and positively interact with and understand our guests.
- A self-starter who embraces responsibility and proactively looks to raise the bar in Numa’s service offering.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or building concierge role is a plus.
- Fluency in English and the local language where you are based is required (C1 Level). Any additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility with working hours, including shifts, evenings, nights and weekends.
