Non-sellable Excellence manager, CDI H/F

COTY

MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Non-sellable manager pilots the performance on non-sellable items (GWP/ PWP/ Sampling/ Testers/ Merchandising items) working closely with brands/ supply and finance optimizing menus and VAR. The role leads discussions with markets to monitor forecast and performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

– Lead non-sellable strategy (GWP/ PWP/ Sampling/ Testers/ Merchandising items) aligned with commercial objectives.

– Simplify ways of working introducing new process to gain in efficacy (GWP platform…).

– Work closely with regions/ markets to optimize forecast accuracy.

– Drive interventions reducing VAR on non-sellable and optimizing Coty’s performance.

– Optimize WIP menus for gifting maximizing agility and cost efficiencies.

– Track performance monitoring stocks and reviewing global and local destruction requests to optimize stock and future campaigns.

– Lead Non-sellable action plan working closely with supply and finance teams.

– Build clear guidelines to maximize brands and markets executional excellence and cost control.

– Lead competitive intelligence on promotional items working closely with procurement.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

– 5+ years of experience in the Beauty Business.

– Required experience in supply chain.

REQUIRED SKILLS

– Strong analytical skills and ability to work on a large brand portfolio.

– Good knowledge on supply chain tools and ability to work with supply database.

– Understanding of Luxury Beauty route to market and Trade challenges.

– Experienced in working in a multi-functional & challenging environment.

– Fluent in English; other languages appreciated.

– Structured, pragmatic, and data-oriented mindset.
