Our client, a leading investment bank, is seeking an Analyst to join their Industrials team in Paris.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support deal execution, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence.
• Prepare pitch materials, presentations, and investment memos.
• Conduct industry and company research to identify potential opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior bankers and clients to drive transaction processes.
• Assist in structuring and negotiating M&A and financing deals.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking (M&A, corporate finance, or related fields).
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience in the industrials sector is a plus, but candidates with generalist backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
