Global Merchandise Planning- Lead merchandise planning strategy across global regions with a unified approach to top line, margin and inventory performance- Partner with regional leaders to translate global strategy into actionable seasonal plans, adapting for local market realities- Guide seasonal regional purchase plans and stock equation, presenting business insights and regional inputs to Global Lead Team- Review and advise action points of regional purchase plan, securing sustainable inventory level and improve inventory turnover- Partner with Buying to champion strategic product categories, ensuring they are well implemented in the buy according to the sales trajectory- Optimise product life cycle management to enhance sell-through, reduce markdown risk, and improve inventory turnover- Create and foster a data-driven planning culture through knowledge sharing and best practice disseminationSystem & Process Evolution- Support the global roll-out of a custom Buying and Planning system, overseeing implementation and driving change management- Champion digital transformation initiatives that elevate merchandise planning efficiency and business impact- Partner closely with IT counterparts in the build and roll-out phases of dedicated merchandising software- Ensure the new system enhances visibility, streamlines processes, and improves real-time decision-making- Support in troubleshooting and analysing business impact of activities carried out by Planning teams
