Financial Analyst M/F (Graduate Program) chez Technip Energies
We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our team as part of our 6-year program for young talents. The successful candidate will spend the first 2 years in the Financial Planning & Analysis department, followed by 2 years in the Consolidation department and another 2 years in the financial department of one of our strategic operating centers.
For your first rotation, you will report to the FP&A Director as a Junior Corporate Financial Analyst. The position is based in Nanterre, France.
FP&A team is responsible for the reporting of the Company’s Financials in terms of Forecast and Budget. As the Financial Analyst you will take place and a key role in the preparation of Forecast processes and annual Budgets, Business Plans, and monthly and quarterly reporting requirements in accordance with TEN’s needs. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of financial reports, presentations, memos, with comprehensive variance analysis of actuals results vs budget, forecast. You will also be responsible for the review and follow-up of OTD activities, give support to Green Taxonomy and CSRD reports and will collaborate to guide the business in the analysis, details, and attributes of their respective figures in the most effective manner.
About The Role:
Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:
- Consolidate forecast, budget and actuals figures and analyze them vs previous reporting.
- Give support to OC and BLs in the reporting.
- Closely collaborate with the Legal entities, Consolidation team and other Finance departments as well as cross-functions as needed during the forecast and budget processes and closing periods.
- Provide support to FP&A department in diverse requests (transversal activities, including Green Taxonomy and CSRD), including the ones coming from other departments (Tax, Treasury, Strategy)
- Prepare files, presentations, memorandums required for the reporting of the Group.
- Follow-up OTD activities and cost structures costs.
- Continuous improvement of reporting tool.
- All other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
About You:
- Master degree in Accounting or Finance from a top business school (Grande Ecole program)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Rigor and organization
- Adapting quickly to external/internal pressures and demands
- Have a strong capacity of understanding, analyzing, and providing conclusions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (written and oral)
