The job 🚀

We are looking for a Financial Analyst Apprentice starting in February/March 2025 to join the Finance team.

What you’ll do ⭐️

• Day-to-Day Financial Operations: handle tasks like supplier payments (via banks and Spendesk), billing, and other finance-operations related activities to ensure seamless workflows
• Cash Flow Management: support the management of cash reserves across bank accounts and portfolios, ensuring proper cash flow oversight
• Excel Model Updates: Enhance and refine financial Excel models to drive insightful analysis, track company performance, and ensure effective cost management
• Accounting Support : Collaborate with the Finance team and accountants, providing timely support when needed, ensuring accurate reporting and providing missing receipts
• Ad hoc requests: Contribute to special projects, such as financial analyses or implementing new financial processes as needed

Who you are 💫

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance or any related field
• Rigorous, detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all financial tasks
• Strong analytical mindset and are eager to develop your skills further
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel (formulas, data management, and modeling)
• Curious, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and French
