Your Future Missions
B2B Events Coordinator (Corporate – Paris)
- Participate in the organization of trade shows by coordinating timelines, managing web interfaces, overseeing stand design, as well as coordinating catering and entertainment services.
- Track participant registrations on Accor’s platform, extracting and analyzing data on Excel.
- Contribute to the design of client events by sourcing vendors, managing invitations, and producing reports.
Sales Specialist (Hotel – TBC)
- Develop and manage client accounts by building strong relationships, offering tailored solutions, and coordinating promotional events to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market analysis and monitor competitors while using CRM tools to track performance indicators and generate reports.
- Ensure smooth communication with various departments to provide an optimal client experience and actively participate in sales meetings to improve commercial strategies.
Sales Specialist (Corporate – TBC)
- Manage and respond promptly to sales leads and travel partner inquiries, providing support to the Directors of Sales Luxury & Lifestyle in the regions covered.
- Generate sales reports, support event organization, and ensure accurate luxury sales data.
- Assist with loyalty program deployment, attend weekly review meetings, and prepare monthly reports.
Qualifications
You are a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communication, Event Management, or Marketing. Bilingual in English and French, you communicate fluently and confidently in both languages, both written and spoken. You are skilled in Excel for data analysis and reporting, and proficient in PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with online platforms, you excel in building relationships, thanks to your strong interpersonal skills and passion for collaboration. You are eager to grow within a global organization and ready to contribute to its success.
