Wherever possible, we foster flexible working arrangements to stimulate innovative thinking.Your challenges: Conduct thorough investigations of compliance allegations received through various internal and external reporting channels including preservation of data, investigation planning, conducting of interviews, root cause analysis and issuance of recommendationsWork with other Divisions and Regions to ensure adherence of the Airbus internal investigation practiceSupport in developing and deploying best practices in the conduct of internal investigations, especially through training or awareness sessions within the E&C function and beyondPresent to internal and external stakeholders on specific investigationsCoordinate with internal stakeholders (such as Divisional/Regional teams, Corporate Audit, Finance, Security, HR) and relevant expertsManage outside legal counsel and forensic expertsAnd more generally, execute such other tasks related to compliance investigations as are delegated from time to time.
Your Boarding Pass: 7 to 8 years of experience advising on compliance and anti-corruption matters, ideally through a mix of law firm and in-house rolesAcademic background in business law (or equivalent)Excellent leadership and project management skillsStrong organizational and communication skills, involving others appropriately in consultations and decisionsExcellent writing skills required to write and edit reports and memorandumsStrong relationship building and networking capacityHigh degree of credibility, independence, integrity, confidentiality and trustNegotiation level in EnglishKnowledge of French, German or Spanish is a plus
