About the Role

We are looking for a Client Service Administration Assistant to join our Paris Wholesale Team and play a key role in ensuring seamless stock management, client order tracking, and sales campaign execution.

This role is essential in supporting our CS Coordinator and Sales Team, improving service levels, streamlining communication, and enhancing reactivity to stock and sales requests. Your insights will help optimize product availability and flag critical issues, ensuring our clients receive the best experience possible.

Responsibilities

  • Track and communicate client order status and in-season deliveries
  • Manage return authorizations (RA) and claims
  • Handle reorders and swaps in RLM
  • Publish ATS (Available to Sell) updates for the sales team and clients
  • Generate reports to support Customer Service
  • Ensure accurate product data validation and pricing in Joor
  • Monitor and communicate order changes (cancellations, modifications)
  • Assist with production shortage reporting
  • Generate client Order Confirmations (OC) PDFs
  • Ensure timely Purchase Order (PO) numbers from clients

Vos Missions

Support Client & Opérations

  • Suivi et communication de l’état des commandes et livraisons en cours
  • Gestion des retours et réclamations (RA Claims)
  • Traitement des réassorts et échanges dans RLM
  • Publication hebdomadaire des disponibilités produits (ATS) aux équipes commerciales et aux clients
  • Reporting pour le Service Client

Support Campagne de Vente

  • Vérification et mise à jour des données produits et prix dans Joor
  • Suivi et communication des modifications de commandes (annulations, changements)
  • Reporting sur les pénuries de production
  • Génération des PDF de confirmation de commande (OC) pour les clients
  • Suivi des numéros de bons de commande (PO) des clients

Profil Recherché

Excellentes compétences en communication

Esprit analytique & rigueur

Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI)

Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à établir des priorités dans un environnement dynamique
