We’re looking for a high-energy and motivated team member with a passion for communications.

As our Digital Campaign and Strategy Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing digital marketing strategies that bridge the gap between our content and event marketing teams. You’ll be the mastermind behind campaigns that not only attract but also nurture leads through personalized, automated journeys.

Your insights and data-driven approach will ensure every campaign not only meets but exceeds its goals.

Align Strategies Across Teams

  • Collaborate closely with the content and event marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of digital campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Develop comprehensive digital strategies that support content and event marketing goals, ensuring a unified approach across all digital channels.

Campaign Development And Execution

  • Design, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, PPC, and display advertising.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to create personalized, scalable campaigns that engage and convert prospects throughout the customer journey.

User Journey Optimization

  • Map out and optimize customer journeys, ensuring that each touchpoint is strategically designed to move leads through the funnel efficiently.
  • Develop and manage lead nurturing programs that utilize automation to guide prospects from awareness to decision-making stages.

Analytics And Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot.
  • Provide detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and use insights to optimize future campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.

Innovate And Automate

  • Continuously explore new tools, trends, and technologies to enhance our digital marketing efforts.
  • Implement and refine automated processes that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Profile

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and strategy.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.

Skills

  • Strong expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and a deep understanding of CRM systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English.
