YOUR ROLE :

As part of its missions, the Administration & General Services Department deals with a large number of suppliers, partners, and internal clients.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
– Quality control of cleaning, reception, and concierge contracts.
– Daily monitoring of Cleaning, Reception, and Concierge services.
– Conducting contradictory and random checks.
– Entering orders and tracking receptions and invoicing.
– Recording invoices and budget tracking.
– Rebilling of service providers.
– Updating the Lyreco mini-catalog for distribution to HO and all agencies in France.
– Validating orders in CMona.
– Orders for the Administration and General Services Department.
– Ordering and tracking stamps.
– Handling business card requests, entering data into the dedicated system, ordering, receiving, and tracking invoicing.
– Ordering letterhead paper and validating invoices
