Qualifications- Diploma or above in related disciplines;- At least 8 years of accessories and leather goods manufacturing experience;- Knowledgeable in product development, production processes and best practice;- Solid experience working with vendors and raw material suppliers;- Problem identifying and problem solving oriented with good communication skill;- Occasional travel is required;- Good organization skills with detail-minded- Good command of spoken and written English
