To request an accommodation, please contact a member of the Ceva Talent Acquisition team.missions :At the site level, develop, implement, direct, and maintain the key end-to-end processes : Order to Cash, Plan-to-Produce, Forecast-to-Plan, and Procure-to-Pay to meet Ceva’s short-term requirements and long-term supply chain management needs. 1/Definition of strategy and policy – Deploys and validates policies and tools to ensure they are properly implemented within the campus. – Continuously improves stakeholder satisfaction by balancing procurement needs and available capacities, optimizing costs, and managing compliance. – Continuously improves stakeholder satisfaction by ensuring an appropriate interface with production, engineering, quality, regulatory, and commercial functions. 2/ Inventory management and procurement – Ensures that stock levels correspond to Group requirements and comply with Group rules. – Optimizes available capacities. 3/ Supply planning – Supports full production program adherence to production plans through appropriate sourcing of all direct materials from various sites and external warehouses. – Maintains safety stocks of raw materials at appropriate levels. 4/ Demand planning and forecasting – Reviews, analyzes and assesses risks related to variability of supply and demand, and identifies opportunities to manage and mitigate risks. 5/ Data management and supply chain monitoring – Monitors and reports on internal OTIF (delivery from one site to a global warehouse). 6/ Internal customer relations – Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements applicable to domestic and international pharmaceuticals, the handling of dangerous goods and the generation and handling of hazardous waste (USDA, FDA). – Ensures that all supply chain processes and methods comply with all applicable regulations. Is a member of the site’s Management Committee.Your profile :Engineering schools with Supply Chain / Logistics specialization or Master 2 supply chain APICS certification 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with significant managerial experience.Fluency in French and English Flow planning and inventory management IT tools (ERP, APS, WMS)
