Internship: Financial Planning & Analysis chez Kraft Heinz

Duration 6 months, from January 2025
Reporting to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will take ownership of various projects and work closely with the business on daily tasks. Your responsibilities will include improving routines related to closing and forecasting, developing tools, and supporting Finance Transformation projects.
You will be joining a successful and passionate team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You will constantly look for improvement activities within France.
In brief, you will be responsible for
- Controlling the monthly performance together with Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning teams.
- Company results reporting crafting and maintaining the reporting tools.
- Create and improve routines in ZBB (Zero Based Budget) such as Forecast and Closing
- Report actual results and forecasts, analyses variations.
- Implement and continuously improve internal controls to ensure accurate reporting and proper safeguarding of company performance.
- Implement Finance Transformation projects in Tableau.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree, preferably in Business or Financial.
- Good command of MS office, especially Excel.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
