[VO2 Finance] - Business Analyst Market Abuse chez Jooble

The mission will take place within the framework of the project for implementing “Trade surveillance” tools related to market abuse and will involve assisting the project team on functional aspects.

Responsibilities

• Solid experience in compliance/regulatory contexts
• A good understanding of market abuse regulations and behaviors will be advantageous
• Practical knowledge of Python is necessary for handling large datasets
• Experience in operational risk management, review, or similar roles, such as risk control, is a plus

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience
• Knowledge of market abuse regulations: MAR (Market Abuse Regulation), MIFID2
• Products: derivatives, FX, rates (govies, derivatives), credit (financial instruments)
• Market data, pre and post-trade processes
• Ability to prepare precise test scripts (reference data, market data, order, and transaction data)
• Strong experience in data manipulation in capital markets
• Fluent in English (will be tested during the interview)

Preferred

• Experience in implementing detection logic/models for market abuse (e.g., internal systems, Actimize) and/or user interface implementation
• Strong experience in defining business requirements around market abuse behaviors/models
• Knowledge of trading platform environments
• Knowledge of compliance regulations
