Role Responsibilities
- Provide accurate actuals and forecast data along with due analysis and commentary to Head of Finance France
- Support Sales team by providing financial support in developing business strategy, sustainable growth, managing and improving profitability and compliance
- Participate in preparing high quality analysis on brands and customers performance, promotion ROI and trade investments tracking
- Support the Sales team on pricing (incl. trade terms), customer negotiation and profitability, budget and risks management
- Ensure that trade terms and conditions are correctly configured in the system, TTC accruals are correct and regular controls are performed
- Support the regional FP&A and Finance teams in forecasting, budgeting and general guidance
- Provide financial support for strategic decisions relevant to France
- Participate in managing yearly forecast as part of S&OP process
- Collaborate with IT in terms of UAT making sure systems are working during V2V and S&OP implementation
- Track risks and opportunities outside of the forecast for France
Qualifications
- Degree qualified with relevant Accounting/Business/Finance qualification
- 3 years of diversified finance/consulting experience, preferably including experience within a multinational consumer products business
- Fluent in English & French
- A team player who strives in a challenging and fast-moving environment
- Ability to engage and influence people tasked with delivering planned outcomes. Help drive actions to close gaps and make trade-offs for the market
- Excellent commercial knowledge and capabilities
- Ability to use information to identify opportunities for improvement and to drive positive change within the business
- IT capable and comfortable with sophisticated database/ reporting tools and excel to generate management reports
