As of now, we’re looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk (m/f/d)

Tasks

Accounts Payable:

• Managing accounts payable by date entry, invoice reconciliation and control, payments etc.
• Integrating files in SAP
• Managing supplier accounts
• Reconciliating accounts
• Reminding for payments
• Aged balance, following-up advances
• Anticipating and digitizing invoices and contracts

General Accounting:

• Calculating monthly accruals
• Managing tax declarations, notably DAS2
• Reconciliating and matching
• Booking and following-up personal expenses
• Following-up Jsox files

Requirements

• Degree in accounting BAC+2/3
• Previous experience is a plus
• Good mastery of computer tools, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), SAP is a plus
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• Rigorous, organized and detail oriented
• Motivated and eager to learn and progress
• Fluent in French
• Intermediate level of English is a plus
• This position requires versatility, your organization, and rigor are major assets for this opportunity
