Our client, a family-run business specializing in the wine industry, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to expand its team in German-speaking Switzerland, under the supervision of the Sales Director. Your missions: Develop and retain a portfolio of clients (individuals, professionals, and CHR sector). Advise and support customers in selecting wines and spirits based on their needs. Actively prospect new clients and drive revenue growth. Organize and host tastings and events to promote our products. Ensure order follow-up and guarantee customer satisfaction. Analyze the local market and propose suitable commercial strategies. Collaborate with the team to enhance product visibility in stores and at events. Your profile: Proven sales experience, ideally in the wine, gastronomy, or premium product sector. Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation. Good knowledge of the wine industry and a passion for the world of wine. Autonomy, rigor, and dynamism. Fluency in Swiss German is essential to communicate with the local clientele.
