Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 – the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job Description

Join the Amaris Consulting talent network as a Business Analyst with focus in Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations) – Full Remote from Italy!

👉 What will you do?

• Define and drive the functional vision of the product, ensuring alignment with company strategy and business needs.
• Facilitate functional discussions across teams, including vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth integration and collaboration.
• Create and oversee functional solution design, ensuring it meets requirements and business objectives.
• Support the implementation of proposed solutions, ensuring adherence to Solution Architects’ designs.
• Analyze, document, and test program development, logic, process flows, and specifications.
• Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to end users, deployment, and support teams.
• Support third-level sustainment, troubleshooting, and resolution of solution issues.
• Design business scenarios and use cases to maximize product adoption and value.
• Define the minimum viable product (MVP) and ensure its effectiveness through early business feedback.
• Identify gaps in existing functionalities and propose improvements and process automation opportunities.

✍️ What do we request?

• Strong knowledge of Finance and fiscal/finance processes related to Point of Sales operations.
• Experience 5 – 8 years in similiar role.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance module.
• Familiarity with system integrations and cross-platform workflows.
• Excellent communication and conflict management skills.
• Strong planning, task prioritization, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluency in English is required.
