Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will excel in managing deadlines, facilitating communication, and maintaining efficient workflows. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Organize and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members. 
  • Follow up on deadlines and ensure timely completion of projects and tasks. 
  • Handle correspondence and communication between team members and external stakeholders. 
  • Maintain organized records and files, both digital and physical. 
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation. 
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements. 
  • Support team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed. 

Qualifications & Skills. 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. 
  • Proficient in English and French; additional language(s) a plus. 
  • Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is an advantage but it is not a requirement for applying. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. 
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic. 
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and environments. 
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
