The FP&A Specialist will play a critical role in driving financial insights, business strategy alignment, and operational efficiency. This role requires a combination of analytical expertise, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to partner effectively with stakeholders across the organization. You will be responsible for delivering clear and actionable financial recommendations through data-driven analysis and compelling presentations.
Financial Planning and Analysis
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning as well as identifying opportunities to improve financial planning processes.
- Analyze key business drivers, performance metrics, and trends to provide actionable insights.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain deviations from budgets and forecasts and recommend corrective actions.
Strategic Business Support
- Partner with business leaders to align financial planning with strategic initiatives.
- Provide decision-support analysis for new projects, market expansions, and other strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business scenarios and their financial implications.
- Validate the financial aspects of business cases to ensure alignment with company goals and return on investment.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads, senior management, and external partners.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring financial considerations are embedded in decision-making processes.
Communication and Reporting
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and impactful presentations for executive leadership and board meetings.
- Simplify complex financial information into easily understandable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
- Develop dashboards and visual reports to track KPIs and facilitate real-time decision-making.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial consulting, or a related field, preferably in retail or healthcare industries.
- Fluent in English is mandatory.

- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable.
