– Proven experience in leading digital workplace transformation within a large, complex organisation.- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the Microsoft M365 ecosystem, including configuration, administration, and integration.- Strong understanding of digital collaboration tools, user experience principles, and change management methodologies.- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver strategic roadmaps and operational plans.- Experience with IT governance, information security, and compliance relevant to M365 environments.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.- Leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and driving organisational change.- Relevant degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications in Microsoft technologies are highly desirable.- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
