We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and result-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Toulouse.

Responsibilities :

As a Sales Manager, you will manage a customer portfolio and drive the development of our activities, particularly those related to aircraft transition support.
– You will be the sales focal for some customers to propose the full scope of Sabena technics portfolio,
– In addition, you will be the leading the sales actions for all customers related to A/C transition support
– Identifying and developing new sales opportunities through customer visits, prospecting, and event participation.
– Maintaining strong customer intimacy at all organizational levels.
– Ensuring customer satisfaction and proper follow-up of actions.
– Preparing and coordinating responses to RFQs/RFPs with internal teams.
– Negotiating and drafting contracts in line with legal and corporate guidelines.
– Participating in industry events and strengthening your professional network.
– Monitoring competitors to identify new business opportunities.
– Providing regular reporting to your management and sharing key insights with internal stakeholders.
– Traveling approximately 30% of your time.

Le profil recherché

– Positive attitude, team spirit, and strong customer service mindset.
– Excellent English skills (written & spoken).
– Ability to communicate, present, and negotiate effectively at all organizational levels.
– Strong planning and organizational skills to meet targets.
– Existing network within airlines or lessors is a strong asset.

Experience in aircraft transition activities is highly appreciated.
