Main challenge

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will have a pivotal role in bridging the game development team and our wider marketing organization. You will be instrumental in shaping the go-to-market strategy for both exciting new game titles and our portfolio of live games. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of beloved franchises and new experiences.

What it means on a daily basis

Go-to-marketstrategy(New GameLaunches) :

– Definecompellingmarketingpositioningandexecutecomprehensivelaunch plans for newgames,includingmarketanalysis,USPs,targetaudience insights,pre-order, launchday, andongoinglivemarketingstrategies.
– Manage storepublishing,collaboratewithmarketing teams (Community, PR, UA,Influencers, ASO), andcultivatestrongrelationshipswithlicensorstoensurecohesivecampaignsandsynergisticopportunities.

Live Game Marketing & Roadmap :

– Identifykey moments for livegameactivations,conceptualizeandpresent innovative marketingcampaigns,coordinatemarketing experts toexecutetheannualroadmap, andmaintainstronglicensorrelationshipsfor asset validation and collaboration.

Discount & PromotionStrategy:

– Developand manage the discountcalendaracrossall platforms, set discountrates,leveragepromotionaltools,conductA/Btesting, and monitor sales performance torecommend optimizations.

MarketIntelligence & TrendAnalysis:

– Monitorindustrytrends in gaming and marketing, andanalyzedata toextractkey insights for thegamedevelopmentteam.

You will collaborate closely with the Product Marketing Lead and cross-functional teams such as Influence, Paris studio, Insights, Finance…

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

– 3-5+yearsof gaming/entertainmentindustryexperiencein aproductmarketingrole.
– Provenabilitytodevelopandexecutesuccessfulgamelaunch and liveoperationsstrategies.
– Stronganalyticalskillsand a data-drivenapproachto marketing.
– Fluent Englishmandatory.

Recruitment Process
