Function
We are looking for a dynamic and resolutive International HR Business Partner to support and assure HR operational excellence in our EMEA subsidiaries (Spain, Italy, Denmark, Morocco, Türquie, Russia, and Export Area). We expect this role to contribute positively and significantly to the engagement of our teams in this scope, by ensuring a consistent and harmonized deployment of HR policies and practices, focused on the safety, well-being and growth of all our employees, in a fair and transparent manner.Main Goal
For this position, you’ll directly report to the Worldwilde Vilmorin-Mikado HR Director and work in close collaboration with local HR Teams, and local General Managers in the EMEA area. Therefore, you’ll be responsible for the coordination and implementation of the Limagrain group HR policy and HR projects. This is both a strategic and operational role.Job description

Contribute to the design, execution and monitoring of the global HR strategy in the EMEA region

Ensure the correct implementation of HR policies and practices across the scope

Guide, mentor, animate and provide the necessary operational support to the local HR team or referents in the region. Create the bridge between HQ and subsidiaries and coach managers through the key HR processes

Be accountable for all HR reporting in the perimeter.

Partner with the Business Teams to align HR strategy with business objectives and roadmap.

Be the EMEA HR Referent and Ambassador for all topics. Provide operational and strategic support for International Mobility cases.
Le profil recherché
As an experienced, practical (HR/Business) professional, you prouved you’re able to combine HR strategic vision with HR operational expertise. A person that demonstrates strong capacity to lead and influence stakeholders without having direct authority, and who is also very comfortable (and competent) working in diverse, international environments.
As a solid ground, you have a Master degree in HR or an equivalent diploma, and about 5-10 years of experience on a similar position.
For this position, fluency in English is a must, French or any other langages (Arabic, Russian, etc.) would be a valuable asset.
