Poste
As EMEA Events Executive, you will assist both the Events and Esports Managers in organizing events (such as trade and industry exhibitions, product launches, company events & esports events…) and enhancing the company’s visibility and favorable image.
Your main responsibilities include (non-exhaustive list):
– Support the EMEA Events & Esport teams in the planning & execution of high-profile events & esports initiatives
– Support Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe territories in the framework of Events & Esports projects
– Support the Communication Team with PR and community events (logistic, catering, tech & staffing needs…)
– Support other departments such as Licensing, HR, and the Management team with their event needs
– Produce detailed proposals for events (timelines, venues, suppliers, formats, staffing and budgets)
– Create and share event schedules
– Update EMEA event guidelines and make sure these are followed locally
– Handle post-event evaluation, feedback survey, continuous improvement
Profil
– 1-2 years of experience in event management
– Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
– Good knowledge of show/event environment within the gaming industry
– Good knowledge of the esports industry: deep understanding of the esports landscape, including current trends, popular games, tournament formats, player management, and broadcast production
– Strong organizational & project management skills, including managing different priorities
– Ability to manage staff and external vendors in order to maximize productivity of the team
– Ability to deal with confidentiality and discretion
– Excellent interpersonal skills
– Adaptability and resilience, especially in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
– Curious and willing to learn
– Dynamic and proactive
