About the Team

You will join the Revenue Office, which is at the forefront of Wakam’s European growth strategy. Our mission is to expand Wakam’s presence across Europe by building and scaling high-impact partnerships with MGAs, brokers, fintechs, insurtechs, retailers, and marketplaces.

We operate across 32 countries, and our commercial team reflects that international scope: agile, collaborative, data-driven, and closely connected to local market realities.

Your Mission

As a Senior Account Manager, your mission is to lead and grow a portfolio of strategic and high-potential accounts, ensuring sustainable, profitable growth and long-term partnerships. You will be the executive-level point of contact for key partners and a cross-functional orchestrator inside Wakam.

You will:

– Own and manage a portfolio oftop-tier strategic partners(brokers, MGAs, insurtechs, fintechs, retailers, marketplaces) atsenior stakeholder level.
– Define and driveaccount strategies and business plans(growth, profitability, product roadmap, international expansion).
– Ensurehigh-quality operational coordinationwith internal teams (Underwriting, Pricing, Delivery, Compliance, Legal, Claims, Finance).
– Be a power user ofWakam’s internal tools(MyWakam, CRM, AI agents, dashboards) to steer performance and anticipate issues.
– Identify and executeupselling, cross-selling, and product extensionopportunities, including new geographies and channels.
– Monitor and challengeaccount profitability and technical performancein close collaboration with Finance and Underwriting.
– Represent Wakam insteering committees, governance bodies, and key client meetings, including at Clevel.
– Contribute tostructuring the Account Management practice(playbooks, best practices, mentoring more junior team members).

What You Bring

– A Master’s degree (Bac +5) inBusiness, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
– 7+ years of experienceinAccount Management, Key Account Management, or Business Developmentwithin the insurance or Insurtech.
– A proven track record ofmanaging and growing strategic accounts, ideally in amulti-country or multi-partner context.
– Strongcommercial acumenand the ability tolead complex, multi-stakeholder projects(internal and external).
– Demonstrated experience innegotiation, contract management, and portfolio steering(volumes, margins, loss ratios, and performance KPIs).
– Advanced use ofCRM and digital tools, with adata-driven mindsetand comfort with dashboards and analytical insights.
– Mandatory fluency inFrench and English(spoken and written); an additional European language is a plus.
