What you will drive forward
Management of sites and leadership of the staff under your responsibility
Supervision of the pace of qualitative and quantitative processing of files
Regular evaluation of customer services and implementation of improvement measures
Planning of personnel needs
Budget responsibility
Coordination and maintenance of regular contacts as well as collaboration with various authorities and with the Unia union
What you bring
Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training, diploma or higher education (HES, Uni) is a plus
Training in management and proven experience of at least 3 years in leading a large team
Strong interest in unemployment insurance as well as social insurances
