Context
Within the HQ Lacoste Client & Data team, the CustomerAnalytics team ensures that all the strategic and tactical decisions are driven by relevant Customer Insights.
The CustomerAnalytics Team works transversally with following teams:
– The other Client & Data Teams (Community Strategy team, Customer Engagement Project team)
– The other business teams (Campaign Management Team, Digital Flagship, Retail, etc)
– The business teams in the markets (Marketing Directors & CRM Managers)
– The BI/IT teams
Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Analytics, we are hiring a Customer Data Analyst, for whom the principal mission is to:
Develop Customer Knowldege and make it a lever of Business growth through
– Providing relevant kpis for the deployment and/or reshaping of our loyalty programs
– Advising on the best customers segments to animate and relevant offers and activations to set up through the analysis of customer behaviours and customers extracts
– Measuring the success of our loyalty programs and all the customer activations carried out by the markets (~15 markets)
– Creating and/or Designing relevant reports to enable the different teams (HQ & Markets) to track their performance
– Carrying out Adhoc analysis to help markets and HQ teams (Brand Experience, Digital Flagship, Products etc…) to get a deeper understanding of their customers
– Identifying areas of growth through AI initiatives
Le profil recherché
Educational Background : Equivalent of Master (Bac +5) in Statistics / Data Science
Working Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience as a data analyst preferably in Marketing / Retail environment
Skills :
– Solid analytical / statistical knowledge
– Experience working with large databases
– Coding expertise (SQL / Python / R)
– Strong knowledge of Dataiku
– Familiar with using data visualization tools (such as Qlik Sense)
– Fluent in English
– Able to transform data into relevant Insights and recommendations and explain analytical concepts to all kind of audiences
– Able to manage analytical projects from start to finish with a high level of autonomy (brief, methodology, presetation)
– Curious , Rigorous and Team spirit oriented
