You’ll play a key role between the Sales and Finance teams: your mission will be to manage client invoicing, optimize internal processes, and maintain smooth communication with both our clients and internal stakeholders.
Your Main Responsibilities are below:
Sales Administration
– Issue client invoices based on CRM data and signed contracts
– Ensure accurate and consistent follow-up on invoicing and customer accounts
– Respond to client billing inquiries (in French and English) via the dedicated mailbox
– Collaborate closely with the Sales team to guarantee smooth customer file management
– Implement and improve billing processes to increase efficiency and support scalability
Cash Collection Management
– Track and facilitate client payments using dedicated tools
– Analyze and manage the aging balance to maintain clear visibility over cash flow
– Work closely with financial controlling to ensure reliable revenue tracking
Tools You’ll Work With
– Salesforce, Xero, Pennylane, Upflow, Chargebee
Your Profile
– You already have at least 2 years of experience in sales administration
– You’re fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
– You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working with different teams
– You’re organized, detail-oriented, and autonomous
– You’re curious, proactive, and solution-driven, thriving in a fast-changing environment
– You enjoy working in international and collaborative contexts
