Scope: International

Demand Planning :

– Consolidate with regions & customers the 18-24 rolling months division volume forecasting, ensuring alignment between the stakeholders.
– Manage a close loop improvement on volume forecasting to measure, analyze and enhance forecast accuracy though root cause analysis and corrective actions.
– Consolidate SOP & EOP portfolio to anticipate lifecycle impacts on demand.
– Define what if scenario and stakes associated

Supply Planning :

– Consolidate with industrial & purchase teams the internal capacity & suppliers capacity.
– Ensure synchronization between supply plans and demand forecasts to optimize resource allocation and minimize costs.
– Work closely with procurement to anticipate supply constraints.
– Identify potential bottlenecks and propose action plans to secure supply continuity.
– Define what if scenario & stakes associated

Sales & Operations Planning :

– Balance Demand & Supply with what if scenario & stakes associated
– Drive the monthly S&OP cycle for Battery product line
– Facilitate decision-making, prepare and propose actionable decisions.
– Act as a central point of coordination between Sales, Operations, Finance and Supply Chain teams.
– Ensure the integration of the Battery product line into existing Supply Chain tools to develop digitalization, data integrity and sustainable solutions.

Inventory policy :

– Define the stock target rules and coordinate with the regions/sites&purchasing teams

Profil :

Personal Background

– Experience in Supply Chain and Operations Planning, with strong expertise in end-to-end processes
– Proven track record in leading cross-functional processes
– Multicultural and international exposure
– Fluent in French and English (business level); additional languages are an asset.

Job Technical skills

– Very good knowledge of SAP modules
– Data driven, Analytical
– Very good handling with MS-Office & PowerBI
– Strong organizational skills and prioritizing tasks

Job Soft skills

– Strong leadership, change management and influential skills
– Abillity to adhere and challenge existing organization and processes
– Excellent communication skill
– Customer and service orientation
