We are looking for a Payroll & HR Administration Officer to manage payroll and personnel administration for our Oil & Gas operations. The role is performed autonomously under managerial supervision and requires coordination with multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
– Process full payroll (BP, STC, ADP) including attestations, letters, benefits, and reporting
– Collect and enter payroll inputs (EVP, absences)
– Manage personnel administration, including sick leave and social contributions
– Maintain employee records and generate reports
Profile
– Experienced in payroll and HR administration, preferably in Oil & Gas
– Fluent in French; good knowledge of English
– Proficient in GTA, ADP GlobalView (preferred), and Excel
– Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously
