The role

The Executive Assistant will play a key, highly exposed, and cross-functional role.

This is a role requiring equal excellence in executive partnership.

This role comes with a high level of trust and authority to act on behalf of the executives, including pushing back on internal and external requests when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Calendar management & prioritization

– Ownership of extremely dense calendars, including: investors, boards, fundraising, strategic clients.
– Continuous arbitration with strong critical thinking.
– Ability to push back on non-essential meetings rather than filling the calendar by default, and protect executive time as an absolute priority.

Preparation, briefing & follow-up

– Translating ad-hoc requests into: calendar blocks, reminders, concrete next actions.
– Post-meeting follow-ups and reminders when needed.

Travel & international coordination

– Organization of travel across Europe.
– Close coordination with international teams.

Internal & external interface

– Natural point of contact for executive-related topics.
– Interaction with: investors, boards, partners, high-stakes clients.
– Representing the executives with avery high level of professionalism and discretion.

Key challenges

– Quickly understanding the executives’ true (sometimes unstated) priorities.
– Operating in an environment that is:
