The Group Quality and Performance Department at Safran is a key player in digital transformation, enhancing our processes and both our internal and supplier quality performance.
Reporting to the Safran Group VP Quality & Performance, passionate about new technologies and innovation, the Digital Quality Manager is a key player of the digital transformation, in charge of improving operational performance and integrating emerging technologies into Quality processes, the deployment of DQP’s Core Model digital solutions, including A.I. projects led by DQP Safran.

Your scope of activities covers all Safran companies worldwide.

The key challenges are:
-Digitization of all domains of the QUA 4.0 framework,
– Interfaces with the Group’s MFG & ENG 4.0 digital solutions, to ensure digital continuity,
– Digitization of calibration processes for the Group’s control and measurement equipment,
– Quality and traceability of our data, for reliable and optimal use in driving our performance.

You are responsible for and the guarantor of:
-The Quality 4.0 roadmap and its operational implementation together with the QUA 4.0 network across the companies and stakeholders,
– Identifying, together with the companies, the needs for new digital solutions and technologies driven by the Group, overseeing the selection of the best digital solutions, their development and deployment in coordination with the IT Department and Group stakeholders,
– The development and deployment of digital Core Model solutions for the Group in accordance with the One Safran referential.

Le profil recherché

As the Safran Digital Quality Manager, you are a key player and the guarantor of the digital transformation of the Safran Group’s quality processes, you are responsible for:

– Developing, communicating, and driving the Group Digital Quality roadmap in line with the needs and expectations of Safran DQP and the companies, the MFG 4.0 Director, the One Safran framework, and the Group’s IT Security rules:
– Build and manage the deployment of this digital quality roadmap in accordance with business and technological developments and the expectations expressed by stakeholders,
– Communicate and promote this roadmap within the QUA 4.0 network.

– Managing the Safran DQP Artificial Intelligence projects in partnership with Safran Analytics:
– Identify and address the AI solution needs expressed by the companies, in collaboration with Safran Analytics,
– Assess and prioritize the Core Model AI solution needs and identify the solutions lead at company or Group level,
– Oversee the development, deployment, and improvement of Group A.I. Core Model solutions in collaboration with Safran Analytics,

– Identifying the needs for digital and innovative Core Model technologies for the quality process as expressed by Group DQP, the companies, and the Safran MFG 4.0 Director:
– Identify and select digital solutions according to the specifications validated by stakeholders,
– Manage the development and deployment of Group Core Model solutions, and support companies in their implementation,
– Ensure that these solutions are scalable, sustainable, and compliant with the One Safran framework, IT security rules of the ISD, and Group GDPR regulations,
– Lead the Change Control Boards for Group Core Model solutions in collaboration with the companies, validate needs for changes, simplifications, and new features, and implement them,
– Support companies in the deployment of Core Model solutions, including drafting guides and training company administrators,

– Leading the network of Digital Quality Managers: – Coordinate and lead the Group’s QUA 4.0 network, ensuring effective communication and sharing of best practices:
– Support and guide Digital Quality Managers within each company,
– Communicate on emerging technologies and market trends regarding digital and AI solutions,
– Establish and maintain a mapping of digital solutions deployed by the companies for the QUA 4.0 field,
– Represent the Group at MFG 4.0 & DEV 4.0 governance bodies, and ensure participation in new initiatives.
