Responsibilities:
– Contributes to the annual business/account plan for the assigned account, agreeing with the Client Director what actions will be required for their product / portfolio.
– Manages a product portfolio or product, ensuring members are provided appropriate support from Visa Europe.
– Works with client to identify new and ongoing requirements, introducing new products and services as appropriate.
– Works closely with the assigned client, ensuring an ongoing quality relationship is maintained with the bank operational team.
– Demonstrates good knowledge of all Visa product and services, with expert knowledge in certain areas.
– Engages with colleagues across Visa ensuring teams such as sales specialist, product, marketing, business development and consulting are appropriately involved and informed about their client issues.
– Support cross functional initiatives as required.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
